2025: Field Hockey Coach Registration

This form is for high school or club coaches only. Coaches who are setting up a camp for their school should register here. No payment is due with this registration. After receiving this form we will save your date on our calendar, and your deposit (we'll send you an invoice) is due within 60 days (or by May 1, whichever is sooner). Must be a Monday or Thursday. REMEMBER there's an 18 camper minimum for June or July camps. There's a 20 camper minimum for August camps.

Must be a Wednesday or Saturday. Camps are three days.
Session Times*
Two 2.5 hour sessions per day. Typically we go 9-11:30 & 12:30-3.
Camp Oversight
While All American will handle camper registrations and camp session instruction, the school must provide an on-site Head Coach or representative to oversee and maintain camper behavior and safety as well as camp equipment. We also highly recommend having a trainer on site.

Optional Middle School Session
We can run a middle school session for younger kids after the first two days of camp, usually 3-5p. This would be 4 hours total for these kids, and cost is $75. This camp requires a minimum 8 campers, but if you don't have enough kids it is no problem to cancel it.

We collect one check for the camp deposit and one check for the remaining balance after the start of camp. Campers must write their checks out to you, your school, your boosters, or whichever works best for you.
